How PrimCut handles data.

Information We Collect

We may collect contact details you provide, beta access requests, support messages, account identifiers, device and application metadata, and basic usage information needed to operate and improve PrimCut.

Anonymous Usage Statistics

The PrimCut panel reports anonymous, aggregated usage counts — for example, how many times a tool was opened in a day across all users. These reports contain no account identity, no file names, and no media content. You can turn this off at any time in the panel under Settings → Share anonymous usage stats.

Website Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people visit and how they found us. It records page views, the link or search that referred you, approximate location derived from your IP address, and general device and browser information. It does not receive your name, your email address, or anything from inside the PrimCut panel. Google processes this data on our behalf — see how Google uses data from sites that use its services.

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser so return visits are recognized as the same session. You can block it using your browser's tracking protection, most ad blockers, or Google's opt-out browser add-on. Analytics is not loaded on the sign-in pages the PrimCut panel uses to connect your account.

How We Use Information

  • Provide beta access, support, updates, and account administration.
  • Improve product reliability, workflow quality, and feature prioritization.
  • Protect the service from abuse, fraud, and security issues.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers for hosting, analytics, email, support, and product operations, under appropriate confidentiality obligations — including Google, which provides the website analytics described above.

Your Choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting hello@primcut.app. Some information may be retained where required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
