14 days. Money back.
Last updated November 7, 2026. If PrimCut is not right for you, for any reason, ask within 14 days of your first payment and you get that payment back in full. No questions asked. This page explains it in plain words. The binding version is section 6 of the Terms of Service, and the two say the same thing.
The short version
- Ask within 14 days of your first payment, monthly or yearly.
- You get a full refund of that payment, to the card or account you paid with.
- No questions asked. You do not need to give a reason.
- Want to try before you pay? Every Creator tool is free for 7 days, no card required.
How to ask for a refund
Email support@primcut.app from the email on your PrimCut account and say you would like a refund. That is all. We refund the payment through Creem, which sends the money back to the card or account you paid with. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank or card provider.
If something is not working, tell us anyway. We can often fix it quickly, and asking for help never affects your refund.
What happens to your account
When the refund is issued, Creator access ends and your account moves to the Free tier. Your account, presets and the Free tools keep working, and you can upgrade again at any time.
Renewals and cancelling
The 14-day refund covers your first payment. Later renewal payments are outside it, so cancel before your renewal date if you do not want the next period. We still read every renewal request and use our judgment.
You can cancel at any time from your account page under Manage Billing. You keep Creator until the end of the period you paid for, then move to the Free tier. We do not prorate partial periods.
Other times we refund
- If we ever discontinue PrimCut, paying customers get at least 60 days' notice and a refund of any prepaid, unused period.
- If we end your account for any reason other than breaking the Terms, we refund any prepaid, unused period.
- If the law where you live gives you more rights, such as the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU and UK, those rights apply as well.
Who handles the payment
Payments are handled by Creem as Merchant of Record. Creem processes your payment, applies local taxes, issues receipts, and appears on your statement, and refunds go back through Creem the same way. We never see your card details.
